I couldn't stop thinking about the giant poplar trees that tower over Antelope's main street, swallowing the ancient, spindly houses.

Balsamroot & Buttercups - Lyle Cherry Orchard Trail, Columbia River Gorge

The more I ascended this hike, the more enchanting it became.
